Role Title: Sourcing Unit Innovations Technology (SUIT) Manager

Location: General Trias, Cavite

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Managing on time landing of all new innovations, re-launches, localizations, any change in product in the product category, including savings projects, liaising with all the stake holders in brands, Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory and extended supply chain team.

Leading all these New Product Development (NPD) projects in Factory and/or 3P Manufacturing facilities.

Analyzing the capacity of manufacturing in product category and leading the capacity enhancement projects wherever there are bottle necks in capacity, managing all the actions from preparing the business case to completion of the project.

Leading all the projects related to technology changes in product category including process and material, including introducing new technologies and raise the business case for CAPEX.

Coordinating all the product trials in manufacturing facility related to product category.

Carrying out asset mapping for all the projects.

Conducting Innovations Review Meeting in the factory every month with plant teams and other responsible teams.

Experiences & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience working in an FMCG industry

Preferably 3 Years of experience in process development and NPDs

Preferably a graduate in an Engineering field
