The Purpose of Role:
- Lead the start-up operations for a new Home Care Collaborative Manufacturing Set-up including, but not limited to, trials and qualifications, process set-up and first production operations.
- Lead the change management to implement and qualify all recipes to new mixing equipment
- Lead the change management to implement and qualify all SKUs to new filling equipment
- Lead the front-loading and early management for successful first production operations
- Ensure Risk Assessment is done and updated prior to first production operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports early equipment management (EEM) and early product management (EPM) pillar to ensure vertical start-up of innovations and projects.
- Ensure trial is executed based on the trial plan with >95% success rate.
- Document keeping for all project-related document e.g. technical risk assessment, batch sheets
- Ensure alignment of bill of materials (BOM) and batch sheets/ visual guides.
- Deliver 80% target Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)% for mixing and 70% target OEE% for filling post-3 months
- Responsible for delivering >95% output reliability of new CM from 0 – 3 months of 1st production.
- Risk Assessment (TRA (Lead/Support), HACCP (Support), HAZOP (Lead/Support))
- Pre-trial checklist/ Documentation with corresponding e-MOC completion prior to trials
- Ensure to seek IQ/OQ checklist (led by Project Delivery Manager)
- Drives Safety, Health & Environment and Quality assessments, intensive care, and non-conformance monitoring.
- Collaborating with PH CM Operations Manager to leverage best practice.
- Governance, reporting and improvements of global and regional of KPIs.

The Qualities We Look for In You
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering)
- Broad based Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience.
- Professional experience in relationship building with cross functional internal teams and external parties.
- End to end mindset and very good communication, negotiation and influencing skill.
- Proven and recognized achievements in project management on technical and innovation projects.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with sharp articulation in engaging with multi stakeholder, and sharp analytical skills
