Job Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality control standards.
* Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
* Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain high-quality standards.
* Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, including output, downtime, and material usage.
* Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain to optimize overall operational performance.
* Train and mentor production staff on new procedures, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
* Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing spoilage.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement timely solutions to minimize disruption to production.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Production) or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic production environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
* Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Ability to work in shifts and on weekends as required by production schedules.
