Main Responsibilities
Step into a high-impact role where you’ll lead financial performance at Zara Factory. You’ll work closely with factory teams to drive key financial KPIs like Cost Per Ton, ensure compliance, and lead critical financial processes including forecasting, savings tracking, business planning, and performance improvement. This is a unique opportunity to shape financial strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and make a real difference in operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Drive achievement of financial KPIs (e.g., CPT)
Lead monthly rolling forecasts for COGP and COGS
Track and govern savings initiatives
Manage month-end closing and cost variance analysis
Lead annual business planning and B&W reporting
Develop and evaluate factory-related business cases
Champion performance management and cost improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years in finance, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments
Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Experience working cross-functionally with operations or factory teams
Skills:
Solid understanding of cost accounting and production finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI is a plus)
Ability to lead projects and drive process improvements
