Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and driven PMO Lead to lead our Projects, a multi-year transformation initiative focused on delivering operational excellence and significant savings across our Homecare (HC) business.

Main Responsibilities

As the PMO Lead, you will be at the heart of a strategic transformation journey, responsible for:

• Leading and orchestrating the Project across Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and extended functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, BU GMs).

• Ensuring project execution is on time, within budget, and delivers savings.

• Managing SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) aspects of the project, ensuring both compliance and performance.

• Overseeing product quality to meet Unilever’s global standards.

• Driving cross-functional collaboration and enabling the landing of all value-generating ideas.

• Maintaining project momentum and stakeholder alignment across local and global teams.

• Reviewing transformation feasibility and enabling execution of approved proposals.

Candidate Criteria

• A bold thinker with a passion for flawless execution and transformation.

• Proven collaborative experience across functions.

• Extensive years of experience in Business Operations & Supply Chain, preferably in Manufacturing.

• Ability to manage high-level stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on project management capabilities.

Key Skills Required

• Project Management: Strong planning, execution, and budget control.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading across Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and extended teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in engaging local and global stakeholders.

• SHE & Quality Compliance: Knowledge of safety standards and product quality assurance.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to drive transformation and deliver savings.

• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
