Job Title: Beauty & Wellbeing PH FBP – Skin & D-Commerce
Location: BGC Office, Philippines


Support the Beauty & Wellbeing business in the Philippines, specifically the Skin Category and D-Commerce channel, by providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to drive business performance and enable sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Planning & Performance Management

  • Assist in annual business planning and help align financial frameworks with category and channel priorities.

  • Monitor in-year business performance and provide timely variance analysis to ensure delivery of targets.

  • Support long-term planning using relevant financial models and tools.

Innovation Business Case

  • Co-create innovation business plans with cross-functional partners to help future proof and drive premiumization agenda


Decision Support & Analysis

  • Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support decisions on promotions, brand investments, and marketing activities.

  • Prepare business cases for new product launches, D-Commerce initiatives, and other projects as required.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.


Budget & Cost Management

  • Support budget tracking for Gross Margin (GM), and Local Overheads (OH) for Skin Category and D-Commerce.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA/CMA) are a plus.

  • Atleast 2 to 3 years in finance roles (FP&A, reporting, or business partnering). Background or experience in D-Commerce/Social Commerce/FMCG is preferred


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and proficiency in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Resilient, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results.
