The Chains & Category Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for in-market execution of marketing campaigns and ensuring its performance meets the set objectives. Key responsibilities include liaising with internal teams to ensure messages and efforts land fully and with impact with customers. He or she will also be closely working with creative and media partner agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing efforts and campaigns as set out.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
Land marketing campaigns across various channels: Implement marketing campaigns that utilize a mix of channels such as social media, online advertising, and traditional media to maximize reach and engagement
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
CD Engagement:
Engage with Customer Development (CD) teams to support marketing initiatives and gather feedback: Collaborate with CD teams to understand customer needs and preferences. Use this information to tailor marketing campaigns and ensure they resonate with the target audience.
Closely coordinate with CD team on product transitions and launches, to ensure full implementation of programs and launches across all customers: Work with CD teams to plan and execute product transitions and launches. Ensure all marketing materials and communications are ready and distributed in a timely manner to support a smooth transition.
Coordination with Creative and Media Agencies:
Work closely with third-party creative and media agencies to develop and execute marketing materials and media plans: Collaborate with agencies to create compelling marketing content, including advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials. Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget: Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure that marketing activities are completed as planned. Monitor expenses and negotiate with agencies to get the best value for the company's investment.
Chains Marketing Business Partnering
Support the Chains Key Accounts team in creating insightful and data-driven presentations to Chain customers for dish ideations, off-take generating campaigns, and other communication efforts to help drive usage of UFS-SKUs in customers menus.
