The Home Care Channels​ Customer Strategy and Planning Assistant Manager delivers consistent, competitive, and profitable growth by translating the Home Care brand strategies into holistic category growth plans nationwide. This requires an in-depth understanding of category-channel portfolio opportunities and competitiveness, that leads to the development and deployment of strong shopper marketing programs activating the 4Ps (product, price, place, promo) that considers category trends/ opportunities, shopper needs, and retailer/channel priorities, while ensuring investment efficiency.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Develop and deploy category growth strategy of the brand based on category data, shopper insights, and retailer/channel opportunities
  • Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels
  • Develop and deploy category commercial plans and define right investment model to deliver competitive and profitable business results
  • Develop and deploy distribution and competitiveness strategies by identifying issues and opportunities thru a data-driven approach
  • Defines an efficient and seamless category and channel operations blueprint to ensure our brands win shoppers
  • Lead execution of plans and activities by ensuring on-time and in-full execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to drive category-channel growth agenda internally in Unilever
