People Operations Specialist - Ice Cream (Fixed Term Contract)

BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The People Operations Specialist has knowledge and expertise in Workday Employee data management and Employee Experience processes within the country of scope. This role will ensure all first level Employee Data support is provided or executed with accuracy and timely delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years’ experience in HR Shared Services or equivalent
• Experience in and expert knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience using Workday
• Amenable for a contract-based role for 7-9 months.
• Preferably with background in Power Bi or equivalent.
