INTEGRATED PLANNING
The Integrated Planning team ensures the seamless coordination and optimization of the entire supply chain. This involves synchronizing demand forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment processes to maintain product availability and meet customer needs efficiently. By leveraging data analytics and digitization, the Integrated Planning team aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support Unilever's commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Supply Planning for Pre-Banded Packs
- Plan production for Pre-Banded Packs (PBPs) across all Personal Care categories (Deodorants, Oral Care, Skin Cleansing)
- Ensure supply readiness and high level of service for all PBP waves
- Establish and sustain collaborative relationships with sourcing unit and suppliers
- Manage working capital targets to agreed management levels
- Lead Pre-Production meeting and checklist before running every wave/scheme
- Monitor availment and depletion of PBPs and flag any issues accordingly
Project Management for Pre Banded Packs
- Ensure OTIF implementation of PBPs
- Lead network discussions on all PBPs and ensure updates and actions are done accordingly during PT (Project Team) meetings
- Ensure all known supply chain risks are raised and tabled during PT meetings
- Ensure early management meetings happen prior to Pre-Production meeting
- EM1 – Kick-off
- EM2 – Risk Assessment
- EM3 – Production Ready
Material Planning (RPM – CM: ZBC, Exal)
- PM - Close coordination with PM suppliers, traders to ensure OTIF delivery of materials to CM for production. Weekly SDS and Monitoring
- Resolve RM Issue review flagged by ZBC/Exal/INEX (e.g. urgent stock delivery, locating in transit/missing RM) and support crisis management related to material execution
- Manage unexpected plan shutdowns or extraordinary events communication to L2.
- Align Line Scheduling to make changes to Production plan based on Supplier confirmation
- Ensure accurate factory inventories and <5% inventory error (system vs actual)
- Collaborate with INEX on accuracy of RPM WH inventory
- Manual PO creation for PM - CM (ST, SS, labels, etc.) - based on weekly LTP
- Ensure materials under innovations and transitions are well received and kept in the CM factory
- Review expired RMs/PMs for SL Extension actions with QA alignment and signoff - CM
- Collaborate with PM supplier in ensuring accurate inventory of expired, delisted, damaged & obsolete
- Monitor actual execution of disposal of obsolete, damaged, and delisted RMPM
Experiences & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, specifically in planning
- Business understanding on promos/tactics
- Working knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Basic knowledge of planning skills and tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Bias for action and strong follow up skills
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic SAP knowledge is an asset
- Understanding of supplier relationships and some experience of working with suppliers
- Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous
