Philippines Home Care Process Engineer
(Fixed-Term 1 year)
The Purpose of Role:
- Driving operational efficiency and overall continuous improvement program for PH CMs.
- Ensuring CM Innovation program delivery and supporting initiatives for future business growth opportunities.
- Driving material waste reduction and overall inventory management improvement program for PH CMs.
- Securing production cost and savings together with the CM & LTP Manager
- Providing technical expertise necessary to design, develop, and implement manufacturing systems, complex manufacturing operations, and sophisticated machines.

- Line Reporting to: HC PH LTP & CM Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive OEE loss reduction initiatives to deliver target OEEs for all PH CMs
- Ensuring >95% output reliability from PH CMs
- Extensively apply the full range of Focused Improvement methods and tools to counter losses identified in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, Service, and Logistics.
- Govern a continuous improvement program within the BU CM network to drive growth and cost improvements.
- Responsible for defining standards for the E2E manufacturing process and continuously monitoring and adjusting in the spirit of continuous improvement.
- Act as the technical trainer for CM Line teams and provide coaching on root cause analysis and establishment of countermeasures.
- Responsible for validation of all process improvements and establishment of revised basic conditions
- Eliminate losses and wastes and increase line stability in all PH CMs
- Execution of savings projects to meet cost targets
- Landing innovation projects On-Time-In-Full of CM
- Leading WTW Counts in CMs and ensuring 100% compliance to financial controls
- Drives Safety, Health & Environment and Quality assessments, intensive care, and non-conformance monitoring
- Governance, reporting and improvements of global and regional of KPIs

Travel:
75-80% of the time for travelling to CM’s.
The Qualities We Look for In You
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering studies).
- Broad based Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and good communication and influencing skills.
- Proven and recognized achievements in project management on technical and innovation projects.
