Join the PH Recruitment Team surrounded by a team of Talent Partners. You will support on the PH Talent Strategy by building a pipeline of qualified candidates, both in support of active vacancies as well as proactively to meet the business need. Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Internal and External Candidates.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including external sourcing and in-house talent pipelining required. Consumer goods experience a plus.
  • Experience applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Solutions/Systems to manage both a process but effectively mine as a talent database, ie. LinkedIn, Workday.
  • Impeccable business partnering skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to design, create, and communicate strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship skills.
  • Must be amenable for a fixed-term contract of 6 months
