Unilever is seeking a proactive and innovative Recruitment Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent and ensure a robust pipeline of candidates. This role involves engaging with potential candidates through various platforms, conducting initial screenings, and collaborating closely with Talent Partners to bring the right talents to the right roles at Unilever.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent to Unilever.
Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates through phone, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
Engaging Communication: Craft compelling recruitment emails to connect with both passive and active candidates.
Initial Screenings: Conduct initial applicant screenings to present shortlists of high-quality talents to Talent Partners.
Talent Pool Management: Build, manage and engage robust talent pools for key roles
Continuous Improvement: Engage in problem-solving, track and report on sourcing activities, and drive process improvements.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices.
Experience with AI tools and hiring automation is a plus.
Experience working in a global team environment is preferred.
Fluent in English & Spanish
Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
Strong commercial acumen with a knack for candidate engagement and influence.
Commitment to quality and adherence to defined SLA.
Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively within your team, across various hub locations, and with your assigned market teams.
Ability to embrace, adopt, and navigate new technologies.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Radancy, HiredScore and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
Local knowledge of North America recruitment process.
