Specialist - Consumer Engagement Center Projects

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic Marketing team to support the business in the delivery of impactful projects for a period of 1 year!

Requirements:

• Be a graduate or completed an equivalent professional qualification available to work full-time, with 3-4 years prior experience in strategic management of consumer experience center.

• Be able to lead end-to-end resolution for consumer feedback and improve product quality through effective communication with the support of the CRM team.

• Must have a working knowledge of understanding, analyzing, and interpreting consumer data and the ability to track performance metrics of digital commerce.

• Develop and lead vendor management strategy to optimize supplier performance and able to drive process development and execution.

• Must be familiar with basic MS Excel & PowerPoint functionalities.
