We are now looking for a Key Account Manager for Unilever Denmark

Are you passionate about customers, shoppers and selling with a purpose? Do you want to work with some of Denmark’s favorite brands within Food, Homecare and Beauty & Personal Care such as Knorr, Hellmann’s, Neutral, Biotex, Omo, Zendium; Rexona & Dove?

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Customer Development team in Copenhagenfocusing on the acceleration of Unilever growth at Dagrofa and related small chains.


What you will be doing?

As a Key Account Manager, here are some of the key tasks you will be doing:

  • Overall responsibility for your customer/account growth delivery, including yearly negotiations regarding optimal mix on pricing, assortment and promotional program
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy and customer business plan
  • Work in close collaboration with your customer team as well as category team of CSPs, Category Managers, Brand Managers, Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Manage the customer P&L
  • Ongoingly and actively strengthen the relationship between Unilever and the customers, building customer collaborations of the future
  • Deliver the big now whilst creating the big next - you seek, create and experiment with new models to grow beyond the norm and deliver total category growth

In this role, you are also responsible for forecasting (financial & promotional) and managing the continuous cooperation with the customer including negotiating trade terms and investments according to Unilever strategy.


Requirements

  • You have a growth mindset with great drive and ambition towards result-oriented commercial work
  • You thrive from customer collaboration and negotiation
  • You have experience and a proven track record of successful brand building, category management or key account management/customer relationship management
  • Ideal candidate has 1-3 years’ experience from Key Account Management working with Dagrofa and hands on operational experience from a KAM assistant/account planner role.
  • Ideally you have hands-on experience from negotiations
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
