JOB PURPOSE
Customer Strategy and Planning (CS&P) combines strategic planning alongside operational excellence between the Customer Business Development and the Business Unit marketing teams; ensuring delivery of the Business Unit’s critical KPIs. The Associate Net Revenue Management (NRM) Manager role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and making recommendations across the NRM Levers to support the Business Unit (BU) Strategy Growth Framework and Commercial Strategy.
WHAT IS NRM
Unilever's Net Revenue Management (NRM) is a strategic approach focused on maximizing net revenue and profits through a structured analysis of various business levers. These levers include portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and trade terms. The goal is to create value for consumers, retail customers, and Unilever itself by ensuring the right product is offered at the right price, while also driving top and bottom-line growth.
NRM involves:
Portfolio Management: Assessing and optimizing the product mix to align with market demands and brand objectives.
Pricing Strategies: Identifying pricing opportunities and setting prices that maximize revenue without compromising market share.
Promotional Effectiveness: Evaluating promotional activities to ensure they align with brand objectives and deliver a strong return on investment.
Trade Terms: Managing trade agreements and conditions to enhance profitability and market presence

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As an Associate NRM Manager you are responsible for creating growth strategies for Unilever through portfolio optimization, pricing, active mix management, and promotional spend excellence. You will collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams throughout the NRM process to ensure strategy alignment and execution.
Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to set brand objectives, identify price realization gaps, highlight white spaces and ensure price-pack execution to support the brand and portfolio strategy
Optimize channel-customer / pack mix to accelerate profitable growth for Unilever and customers
Evaluate consumer promotional strategies including alignment with brand objectives, promotional responsiveness as well as ROI profile. Recommend an optimal promotion strategy.
Identify conclusions through in-depth analysis, using tools/frameworks and methodologies developed for this program
Develop methodologies in order to perform financial analyses and scenario development that will be the base for portfolio pricing simulations and white space launches
Collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer and Finance teams throughout the NRM process to ensure strategy alignment and execution
Responsible for relationship management with key stakeholders

Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business or marketing with 2+ years of experience in marketing, finance, sales or consulting with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
