JOB PURPOSE:
This Field e-commerce and Integrated Marketing Manager sits within our field sales team and is responsible for partnering with our internal teams and retailers to co-create integrated marketing activity systems. You will be responsible for driving Magnum Ice Cream digital growth at our retailers to drive joint business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will take full ownership of the digital relationships within our Central Division retailers. You will drive the collaboration across retail partners and internal dcommerce and shopper teams to ensure best in class big bet launches, improved ROI on marketing and digital campaigns, awareness of retailer hurdles and challenges, along with optimizing the retailers digital shelf.
Major responsibilities include:
- Partner with Digital Commerce and Shopper Marketing teams to co-create integrated marketing activity systems that align with both brand strategies and customer objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between field sales and retailer eCommerce site merchants, ensuring seamless communication and execution of digital initiatives.
- Represent digital commerce performance and shopper marketing plans in meetings with retailer buyers and category managers, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize digital shelf presence, drive conversion, and enhance online merchandising effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on sales & campaign performance, providing feedback loops to internal teams and retailer partners to refine future activations.
- Act as retail media liaison with retailer and dcommerce internal team to ensure proper ROIs and use of dollars. Develop big bet campaigns with retailers
- Key emphasis will be placed on Kroger but interaction with Meijer, HEB, HyVee and additional retailers as they gain capabilities
- You will work closely with:
- Customer Business Managers (Field teams)
- Brand Team
- Shopper Marketing Team
- Digital Commerce Team

Pay:The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus:This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI):This position is LTI eligible.
