JOB PURPOSE
The logistics operations specialist is responsible for all inventory control relating to Logistics Business Waste. This role will be responsible for protecting The Magnum Ice Cream Company P&L by reviewing waste loss tree buckets and implementing changes when needed. Ensuring all The Magnum Ice Cream Company sites adhere to documented policies and procedures regarding inventory movements. The Logistics Operations Specialist will also handle disposals from our 3PL’s and work with vendors to utilize the best cost while minimizing disruption to the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Specialist, you will be responsible:
- Monitoring and protecting the waste-loss tree for all Logistics hits to Business Waste.
- Approving and monitoring write-off tracker on a weekly basis to review waste hits and compile available waste to be properly disposed of by the 3PL.
- Guard key metrics to Logistics by putting best practice into place for STO accuracy, LPN accuracy and UASCC Inventory Audit compliance.
- Onboard new acquired companies into the The Magnum Ice Cream Company network through waste and disposal management.
- Give clear and effective updates to Leadership on a monthly basis

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics from an accredited university
• Preferred 2-4 years in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
•Experience using advanced SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and comfort using integrated computer systems

Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
