Background & Purpose of the Job


As a Logistics Process Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing logistics invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment. This role involves working closely with carriers, external service providers, and various internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Once settled in role, the Logistics Process Analyst will identify inefficiencies in the process and provide resolution to contribute to the Logistics organization’s continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Review and verify freight invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
  • Process freight and accessorial invoices using internal systems and ensure timely payment.
  • Reconcile freight invoices with shipment records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with carriers and vendors to address and resolve billing issues.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to improve invoice processing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Identification of process and system efficiencies and best practices, both in external processes and CASS utilization

Requirements 

  • Proven experience in transportation operations, or a similar role.
  • Excel Knowledge  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $58,700 to $86,280. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
