The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a global initiative enabling Unilever to build a strong talent pipeline that will support and lead our business growth.  UFLP is a 36-month rotational leadership development program for which we recruit top-performing undergraduate talent who demonstrate the potential to become managers within our business within 3 years.  It’s designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You’ll be hired into a function and develop your leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role.  At the heart of it, it’s about developing tomorrow’s leaders, today.

We develop future Unilever leaders !

The program is designed to grow you into a leader within 36-months, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You’ll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. Throughout the programme, you’ll cover up different placements in various departments. 

The program starts between July and September 2025.

Real tasks from the first day !

During the program you'll get to undertake placements in both Sales and Marketing divisions. In Sales, you’ll build partnerships with a wide range of our customers, which can include distributors, supermarkets, convenience stores, and even e-commerce. This will help us reach our target markets, which could mean working together to maximize a new product launch, recommending the right range of products or negotiating an annual business plan. 

In Marketing, you’ll be constantly deepening the already expert knowledge of our brands and the people who use them. You’ll use this level of insight to help develop our products’ personalities and strategies on an international level and how to translate these strategies into local market contexts. 

Who are we looking for?

 You don’t need a specific degree background – this is an area where your personality will set you apart. You need to be Fluent in English and in French and you also need to be a Fresh Graduate or professional with experience not more than 2 years.  

It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills and commercial acumen; you’ll need to be credible and confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the power to influence and negotiate. A deep sense of logic, ambition, organizational and analytical skills, and head for figures is what we are looking for. You will also need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme as your rotations could be based at different areas.
