  • Report to: Vietnam Digital & Social Commerce Lead
  • Location: HCMC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define growth levers in the customer; partner with customer & internal cross-functions to co-develop the business plan to deliver categories growth ambition
  • Own and manage external/internal stakeholders to perfect execute & deliver categories target in customer across growth pillars including & not limited to Commercial, Media, Livestreaming, Operation, Perfect store online, Supply chain, P&L, Distributor, etc.
  • Ensure categories & brands share & rank in that customer & key events
  • Manage full P&L of the account, with high responsibility for profitable growth while manage account competitive growth
  • Develop relationship & partner with customer as strategic partnership for growth with Unilever

STAKEHOLDER

  • External: Customers, Distributor
  • Internal: CSP, dCom Marketing, Supply chain, Finance, other supporting functions

KPIs

  • Categories in customer growth & profit

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong customer management & relationship building skill
  • Strong negotiation skill and selling skill  
  • Problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Very strong knowledge of online business, FMCG industry

KEY EXPERIENCES

  • Min 5+ years working experience in: sales, business development, account management; Online industry, eCommerce, FMCG
  • Customer relationship & management experience, strategic and commercial skills/experience
