JOB PURPOSE
• Deploy innovation projects through a team structure that delivers a consumer relevant mix on time and within cost target
• Technical delivery of formulation aspects into the project teams
• Implementation of the global/regional Category R&D agenda in the region.
• Translate consumer/competitor/supplier insights into technically deliverable ideas where relevant.
• When acting as Functional Leader, lead R&D project team members through successful delivery of category driven agenda
• Assist R&D Formulation Deploy Manager in operational resource related tasks such as forum/meeting representation, resource allocation or budget tracking.
• Foster team working within R&D and sharing of ideas/best practice through

EXPECTED R&D EXPERTISE CAPABILITY

 Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food science, engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong proven experience in Formulation/Packaging Development, R&D Project Deployment Business Partnering

  • Stakeholder management and leading non-reporting teams.
