Job Summary:The Homecare MT Lead cum Total MT Lead is responsible for translating business unit (BU) and category (cat) strategies into actionable plans for channels and customers. This role involves collaborating with BU CSP Leads and CBM, supporting BU Commercial Leads in negotiations, and managing the deployment of growth initiatives. Additionally, the position encompasses the responsibility for the total Modern Trade (MT) strategy and execution across the country, as well as the talent agenda for MT nationwide. The role requires delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering talent development within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HC MT Agenda:
- Collaborate with BU CSP Leads and CBM to translate BU/cat strategy into channel/customer plans via CFCS, CBP, and JBP.
- Support BU Commercial Leads in negotiating BU-specific terms in the Master Contract.
- Accountable for the deployment of BU/cat growth initiatives, thematic campaigns, new product development (NPD), price increases, and capturing growth opportunities from 1U events and NSO.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers by BU.
- Manage a team of Key Account Managers/Executives (KAM/E) to deliver business objectives of the BU.
Lead Total MT Strategy and Execution:
- Define, align, and deploy the total MT strategy (both long-term and short-term) across the country.
- Deliver MT KPIs, including TO growth (offline and online), market share, profitability, perfect execution, and customer satisfaction.
- Own customer strategic engagement through CBP, T2T, and JBP, and oversee the execution of these plans.
- Facilitate internal collaboration across functions and BUs for effective execution.
- Supervise the Field Execution team to ensure brilliant execution.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
