1.2/ Tiếpnhậncác ý kiếncảitiến, đánhgiáhiệuquả/tácđộngcủacáccảitiếntrêndâychuyền, xácnhậnvàthiếtlậptiêuchuẩnmớisaucảitiếnchodâychuyền.
2. Cùng bộ phận Manufacturing Excellence thiếtlậpcáchệthốngthuthậpthông tin trongquátrìnhsảnxuất, chịutráchnhiệmquảnlíhệthống ALC, sửdụngthông tin đầuracủa ALC vàcácphươngphápcủacáctrụcột AM, PM, FI & QC đểlàmcảitiếnloạibỏtổnthất, lãngphítheothứtựưutiên
3. Xâydựngbộtiêuchuẩnkĩthuậtđểđảmbảodâychuyềnsảnxuấthiệuquả, khôngbịdừngmáy, đạtchấtlượng, antoàn. Định kìđánhgiá, cảitiếnvàcậpnhậttiêuchuẩnvậnhànhthiếtbịtrêndâychuỳền
4. Tham giacácdựánvớivaitròcốvấn, thẩmđịnh, xâydựngtiêuchuẩn, thiếtkếkĩthuậtđiềukhiểnđểđảmbảotínhđồngbộ, hiệuquảtrướckhiđượclắpđặtvàđưavàovậnhành/ sảnxuấthàngloạttạinhàmáy
