JOB PURPOSE
The finance manager in North America Reporting Team will contribute to accuracy, transparency, and predictability for cost of goods sold and all the related key performance indicators including material cost, production cost, distribution costs, business waste and supply chain overheads. In addition, the supply chain finance manager plays an important role of connectivity within the supply chain finance excellence team in addition to North America Cluster finance excellence team, BU finance business partners and Supply Chain Financial Service (SC-FS) based in Mexico.
The Manager will also be responsible for working capital forecasting, reporting and analytics. The manager will be responsible for coordinating with owners of the cash and working capital and providing updates to the BU organization.
That role is responsible for advancements in digital agenda of Supply Chain Center of Excellence team.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Support financial planning of Supply Chain Costs to drive continuous improvement of predictability and transparency.
- Be Global team key contact for submitting and responding to queries about reported GMVA.
- Work in coordination with Supply Chain Financial Services (SC-FS) planning team to grant accurate internal and Global reporting on time and with quality insights
- Partner with FET peers based in US and Canada to influence one team agenda.
- Support the supply chain finance team/S&OP teams with ad hoc analysis and data consistency checks.
- Drive digitization of the SC CoE
- Coordinate and lead working capital forecast/actuals and analytics.
- Manage cash forecasting, actuals, reporting and target delivery.

- Contribute to the continuity of the FET Operations that is a critical enabler to the success for NA
- High amount of direct and indirect exposure to higher work levels within and outside the local organization
- Comfortable in the complexity of financial planning & analysis through multiple systems (MSBI, I-Finance, PBCS)
- Passion for granularity with ability to know what is relevant and then communicate simply and effectively.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Prior Supply Chain Finance and financial planning experience preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of financial information systems
- Highly advanced technical and analytical skills
- Advanced logic and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office experience – Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
Work Experience:
- Relevant business experience required (3-5 years)
- Experience in a core finance areas (Brand, Supply Chain, Customer & Channel Development, Controllers, FP&A) preferred.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
