The Strategic Planner – Foods Value Creation is responsible for driving the various savings projects across our foods business to help Unilever deliver on cost targets. You will be the primary lead for all cost reduction projects! This role sits within the Supply Chain function and plays a critical role in enabling successful product launches, continued business operation and resilient SC.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Consistently demonstrate superior project execution skills and a growth mindset.
  • Manage Value creation plans from Start Gate through implementation, ensuring capability and timing alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related questions
  • Proper knowledge and understanding of factory capabilities, capacities, logistics, and planning.
  • Clearly articulate project-related risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Own and maintain project timelines using MS Project, coordinating cross-functional inputs and accountability.
  • Communicate project tasks and deadlines effectively, removing obstacles and escalating issues to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Support Project Sponsors to develop accurate business cases for projects, including capital expenditure and Net Savings
  • Co-lead risk assessments and embed action plans into project timelines.
  • Prepare Gate information and decision moment documents for Unilever’s leadership to provide project updates and aide in making of good decisions
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and always look for ways to improve ways of working and project delivery


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field (required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Logistics) (preferred)
  • Moderate understanding of food manufacturing processes (preferred)
  • Proven expertise in project management (preferred)
  • Working knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Power Point (required)

Pay: The pay range for this position is $58,700 to $86,280. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
