The Supervisor role at Knorr Factory falls under Manufacturing and Operations, focusing on efficient and safe production, team oversight, and achieving production goals.
JOB PURPOSE

The Process Supervisor at Knorr Factory ensures efficient and safe manufacturing operations by overseeing Skilled Operators, Inventory Control Lead, and team members. This role provides strong leadership, effective delegation, and consistent follow-through to execute company and department initiatives, fostering collaboration and achieving production goals.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Lead Teams: Guide the Processing Lead, Skilled Operators, Inventory Control Lead, and team members to meet production goals.
Delegate Tasks: Assign responsibilities clearly and ensure accountability.
Monitor Operations: Oversee daily activities, ensuring equipment functionality and inventory management.
Ensure Safety: Conduct safety inspections and enforce protocols.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all processes and products meet quality standards and address any deviations promptly.
Coordinate: Facilitate communication between departments for smooth workflow.
Train Team: Provide development opportunities to foster improvement.
Resolve Issues: Address and resolve operational problems promptly.
Follow Through: Ensure completion of tasks and initiatives.
Prepare Reports: Review and complete shift reports and performance metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2-3 years of Supervisory Experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience in resolving operational issues and facilitating inter-departmental communication while maintaining high quality standards.
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Additional Supervisory Experience: Over 3 years, especially in food manufacturing.
Training and Development: Experience in team training and fostering improvement.
Quality Assurance: Familiarity with QA processes and standards.
Safety Protocols: Knowledge of advanced safety protocols and inspections.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
