JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is providing valuable support to the Ice Cream business teams in forecast, actual reporting, channel & customer profitability, financial strategy building, E-Com reporting, and finance business partnering to sales department.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Managing month-end closing activities in terms of calculation and postings of rebate accruals and monthly Turnover Simulation & Flash.

  • Preparation, tracking and monitoring of TTS Budgets, Forecasts and Actuals.

  • Monitoring and reporting monthly Channel & Customer profitability analysis and ensuring financial development with Sales & Category teams by identifying opportunity areas.

  • Closely monitoring Distributive Trade Reimbursement Budgets, notifying Category Finance teams in case of a variance.

  • Providing insights to Ice Cream LT Board by high-quality slides.

  • Calculating monthly distributive trade premiums.

  • Execute TTS Optimization plans per channel and sub-channels according to segmentation.

  • Ensuring hygiene in TTS allocations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administrations, Engineering or related fields.

  • At least 4 years of experience in Finance such as Management Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Budget Management, Financial Audit, etc.

  • Advanced English & Turkish

Skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities with bias to drive action.

  • Good understanding on finance process and operations.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, and good knowledge of SAP and OLAP.

  • Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Business Partnering.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting.

  • Understanding internal control

  • An enterprising and inquisitive nature that can find solutions to complex problems

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with & lead cross functional team
