JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is providing valuable support to the category business teams in performance management and financial strategy building.
The role will partner B&W Turkey business teams. A key role within the Finance and B&W business structure, having a holistic view on all business matters, building strategic action plans.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Ensure accuracy of monthly financial forecast by leading and ensuring a robust Country S&OP
• Prepare and analyze bottom-up material cost forecasts monthly.
• Review actuals and forecasts of material prices and prepare prices (Transfer Pirces) for export products.
• Provide insight and analysis to all relevant stakeholders (Country and BU LT) on monthly results and forecasts.
• Work with local country Finance Team to ensure cash up process is done in a timely and quality manner.
• Accountable for the P&L, Movements and Gaps to Business Targets
• Provides support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations
• Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities in Growth and Costs
• Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities.
• Annual and Long Term Business Planning
• Support cross-category team in driving innovations business cases.
• Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Global Business Teams
• Support senior stakeholders by providing detailed cost analysis and insights into cost changes across forecast cycles and between different years.
• Monthly Financials Presentations to B&W Turkey Business Team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance. Previous FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work fluidly with ambiguity, and to multi-task
• Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
• Ability to work fluidly with data across systems and reporting tools
• Experience in driving process simplification and improvements
• Experience managing a large and complex set of stakeholders
• Ability to present to and communicate with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is essential.
