JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced Global Health & Wellbeing Operational Lead for PTAB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational and preventative whole-person health, health insurance, digital health, data analytics, electronic medical records (EMR), and supplier management, inclusive of contracting, cost, and service excellence management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of bringing strategy fully into execution of effective and efficient health services programs. A critical requirement of the role is to deliver at-scale validated health outcomes with clear linkages to business impact in complex geographies.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Operational Strategies and Management:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance excellence of service delivery and efficiency and oversee day-to-day operations of occupational and whole-person health services across the following Unilever geographies: Pakistan, Turkey, Arabia, and Bangladesh.

  • Manage health services suppliers and ensure compliance with legislation and service level agreements.

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and budget.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health regulations.

Team and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner clinical leaders to mentor a team of specialist professionals to achieve organizational goals and drive change management initiatives within the function.

  • Partner clinical leaders in local and regional stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with country-based people and business strategies, as well as visibility of functional strategy and deliverables.

  • Embody servant leadership principles, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for team members.

Financial and Data Insights Management:

  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

  • Utilize data analytics to generate insights and drive decision-making and improved health and wellbeing outcomes.

  • Integrate digital health solutions and EMR systems to streamline operations.

  • Collaborate with Rewards colleagues in HR to optimize health insurance provisions, ensuring an approach to health benefits that meets whole-person health objectives and is cost efficient to the business.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Policy, Health Administration or related fields.

  • Operational and Financial Management in Health Services & Health Insurance:

  • Proven operational experience within an employer or supplier occupational health system or hospital and community healthcare setting.

  • Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.

  • Experience in managing health insurance provisions and clear understanding of health insurance benefit design.

  • Digital Health and Data Analytics:

  • Background in digital health and experience working in, or closely with, digital health startups.

  • Strong experience in data analytics and the capability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Experience with implementing and continuously improving EMR systems 

  • Leadership and Communication:

  • Demonstrable servant leadership mindset, with a focus on team development and support.

Skills

  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Communicate effectively in English and Turkish.
