Job Purpose


Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  The Execution planner champions the voice of planning at Unilever and 3rd manufacturing locations. Equipped with strong collaboration, negotiation and trade-off analysis, this role drives cross functional synchronization in the supply chain. Also, this role spearheads the future readiness of our supply network (factories and suppliers).Very important to mention that specifically for the current period, this role will be highly focused on Raw material planning until the full handover is carried out to CG.   

What will your main responsibilities be

  • Collaborate/align with factories (calendar and labor), MRP and MPS for line scheduling

  • Create (as per MPS), align (with factory and supply planner), publish and adjust line schedule

  • Incorporate adjustments through collaborations - Innovations, Breakdowns, Unplanned Maintenance

  • Manage plant stocks to ensure conformance to line schedule plan and manage volume of product left from change overs, reworks

  • Follow healthy planning guidelines and best practices to ensure a healthy stock level resilient enough to absorb the agility required from the business to cater to demand fluctuations.

  • Manage new and current technologies – SAP ECC & Rapid Response.

What you need to succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.

  • 1 - 2 years planning experience preferably with FMCG.
