Title of role: Processing/Mix Technician

The Process/Mix Technician role will combine ingredients into batches accordance to the recipe to be used in the manufacture of bulk lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. 

Location of the job: Jefferson City, MO

Pay:  $25.26 (12-night shift differential is $1.50), paid weekly

Shift: 6:00pm- 6:15am, 2/2/3 shift pattern

What You'll Do

• Measures or weighs ingredients needed for product batches and places in manufacturing equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment at proper times and maintains cleaning and sanitization logs.
• Operates manufacturing equipment:  mixers, pumps, scales, meters, temperature controllers, hoists, etc.
• Adjusts manufacturing equipment controls for proper speeds and temperatures.
• Maintains accurate batch records required for various processes.
• All other duties as assigned

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Must have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience 
• Able to perform primary calculations necessary to record productivity and complete all measurements in assigned areas.
• Effective computer skills (PC programs, SAP, plant scheduling system, Rockwell system, etc.)
• Able to utilizes measurement systems to accurately perform specific jobs as necessary.
• Uses basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) to complete necessary job tasks.
