JOB PURPOSE

The Capability Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team. This role involves identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. The Sales Capability Manager collaborates with sales leadership to align capability development initiatives with business goals, driving sales excellence and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, this role involves leveraging data and insights to optimize sales processes and tools, fostering a culture of learning and development within the CD organization.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITES BE

  • Actively involve the field team in learning initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Conduct capability needs assessments and skill profiling, along with comprehensive training needs analysis.

  • Design and develop training modules to bridge capability and skill/behaviour gaps.

  • Conduct evaluations of training modules to identify areas for improvement.

  • Assess the impact of training initiatives and the transfer of learning to on-the-job performance.

  • Collaborate with customers (distributors) to partner on learning programs.

  • Create training content, including presentations, booklets, and trainer’s guides (both online and offline).

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG/Snacking industry is preferred

  • 1-2 years of capability/training experience
