JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible to oversee and manage planning to meet service levels by balancing the resources and collaborating with the wider business. You will be responsible for navigating across short-, medium- and long-term needs, responding very quickly to internal and external stimulus to deliver across all the horizons. You should also be able to demonstrate a mastery of navigating trade-offs to bring their voice to the Business Units representing end to end planning.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Representative in BU with end-to-end demand, supply planning and customer services view for both Foods Retail and UFS businesses
- Escalations with sourcing units (on production order fulfilment) and logistics (shipment plan and transport capacity planning)
- Manage a team of Demand Planner, Supply Planners and CSMs with a portfolio of 80+ SKUs, 350+ Raw and Packaging Materials ensuring successful demand-supply reconciliation
- Successful delivery of planning KPIs including Service, CCFOT, Forecast Accuracy and Inventory DOH reduction
- Lead forecast reviews in Consensus meetings (including pre-forecast, forecast, risks & opportunities, gap closing), ensuring volume forecast is aligned with financial forecasting
- Monitor and action waste prevention – Finished Goods, Packing and Raw
- Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and targets
- Spearheading implementation of continuous improvement programs initiated by L2 or L3 org
- Responsible of portfolio management and segmentation
- Lead the digitalization agenda including improvement of smart touch forecast adoption, implementation of AERA etc.

- 5+ Years in Supply Chain operations
- Customer Service, Planning experience
- Exposure to Order to Cash, Requisition to Payment Cycle
