 Customer Development Team serves as the growth engine for the organization and our mission is to be the number one partner for sustainable category growth powered up by Unilever’s category expertise and capabilities to serve shoppers every day and everywhere.  In Pakistan, CD continues to operate as one CD supporting the Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Nutrition and Home Care business with an impressive reach of more than 300+ distributors and 2500+ outer core workforce and with the GAP framework coming to life, we are gearing up to have a stronger than ever BG focus.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Manage end-to-end P&L for B2C channel including complete ownership of Sales targets, TTS, BMI, GM, PBO
  • Design and implement Brand-wise, Business-group wise, and e-tailer-wise strategies to deliver sustainable growth, increase market share, and optimize assortment mix in B2C in sync with operations, campaigns and performance marketing team.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with etailers to negotiate and execute counterparts of JBPs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Customer marketing, and Finance functions to craft monthly business plans including budgets, promos, campaigns, media and search based on shopper behavior.
  • Work closely with the data analytics team to identify trends across digital mediums and e-tailers to optimize offerings, content, and campaign merformance
  • Manage day-to-day operations and strategic partnerships with e-commerce aggregators and distributors. Ensure alignment on sales targets, supply chain efficiency, and payment terms.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Channels, Business Units, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive execution of plans and timely resolution of issues.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Customer Development in FMCG industry – preferably in sales/ key account management
  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Embrace a high growth mindset, with strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers.
  • Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams.
