The Global Customer Hubs Team is part of Unilever Global Business Services and managing  all activities in the Customer Operations Hub for Europe as operated by our PartnerThe team is focusing on delivering better business outcomes by 1driving performance and continuous improvement in the Hub 2. transforming the Hub through standardisation, e2e process optimisation and and deployment of digital tools3. leading transition projects to the Hub.

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Driving consistent high performance in the Hub

  • Catalysing and driving continuous improvement in the operations

  • Transforming Hub Operations: 1. Standardisation 2. E2e process optimisation 3. Deployment of digital tools

  • Develop the Hub Operations by leading transition of activity into the Hub

  • Establishing project reporting on progress and delivery versus action standards

  • Assuring excellence in project delivery and change control

  • Establish a high level of business intimacy with the BU’s, markets, capability and product teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Experience in SC/ Operations across multiple processes > 5 yrs (minimum)

  • Experience in project management > 2yrs (minimum)

  • Delivering change in process, organisation or technology > 3yrs (preferred)

  • Business acumen and customer centric mindset  (preferred)

  • E2E integrator and non-silo mentality (minimum)

  • Demonstrable agile mindset and capabilities (minimum)

  • Strong Personal accountability for delivery (minimum)

  • Holding people accountable (minimum)

  • Experience in managing external parties (preferred)

  • Can work both independently and in team (minimum)

  • Experience in working in virtual teams.

  • Fluency in English written and spoken (minimum)

  • Other European languages (preferred)

  • Analytical skills and proficient knowledge of basis analytical and office tools (minimum)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Digital savvy (minimum)

  • Delivering digital transformation (e.g. RPA, AI)  (preferred)

  • Desirable experience as practitionerwith core technologies e.g. SAP, OTM, Kinaxis RR, High Radius, Azure (preferred)
