The modern Katowice Hub office, whose interiors were designed according to the principles of sustainable development, is located in the city centre of Katowice, Poland.
We are working in the hybrid way to use the time spent in the office to influence collaboration and straighten the team spirit, using special designed for this purpose office areas.
Marketing Function/Tranformation team
The Marketing Ops team leads the annual cycle of portfolio transformation from Year1 to Year2 (with special focus on codes & AW preparation) for IC EUANZ as well as process optimization and simplification. With IC Separation coming to life, there will be increased workload (volume and complexity) in masterdata team.

This specific role is to help ensure good quality of codes transition, EAN code changes for smooth operational separation, as well as overlooking transformation processes during separation
Terms & Conditions: Fulltime, 18 months temporary role
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
PROCESS TRANSFORMATION:
Lead codes creation tool simplification with all cross functional inputs
Support Marketing Operations Manager in driving process transformation towards separated company
Support, train and onboard new users from masterdata knowledge and Prisma tool usage, prepared
Design simplified rulebookes and guidelines for masterdata reality of the new ice-cream company
QUALITY OF CODES CREATION:
Create, manage and einfoce masterdata rulebookes/guidelines for external party, sign SOPs on behalf of Ice-cream
Run quality checks for all codes created for ice-cream
Monitor progress of EAN codes changes resulting from separation process, ensure full completion by the end of TSA
Support Marketing Operations team in masterdata related topics, answer all questions, support in complex topics
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Very strong knowledge about masterdata, product code creation, BOM set up
Hands on experience with Unilever Ice-cream masterdata will be very strong advantage.
Fluent knowledge of SAP, Prisma, experience with BLUE would be a plus
