Job: Commercial executive

Job Summary: Commercial Executives will work in collaboration with channel partners to deliver on-ground execution of various trade initiatives across Modern Trade & General Trade channels for FMCG business. This role will focus on increasing distribution reach, enhancing availability, and managing field sales activities within designated territories.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage Field Sales Activities: Oversee and drive field sales activities, including merchandising support, promotion activations, and new store launches.
• Increase Distribution Reach: Expand distribution coverage by identifying gaps in current channels and implementing strategies to fill those gaps.
• Enhance Availability: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain high availability standards.
• Collaborate with Channel Partners: Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to execute trade programs effectively.
• Analyze Market Trends: Keep abreast of market trends and consumer insights to develop targeted commercial strategies.
• Achieve Business Objectives: Drive sales growth and achieve volume targets while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and distribution management within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Result-oriented approach with a strong customer focus.
