WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

​​

• ​Management of allloading/unloadingactivities in FinishedGoods Warehouse in accordancewiththecompany'sgoalsandstandards,

• ​Preparingandpublishingdepartmentweeklyshiftplans

• ​Responsibleforsupervisingwarehouselabor(s) anddriver(s).

• ​Responsiblefortheeffectivedistribution of productsthroughefficientrouteplanning.

• ​Ensuringeffectiveuse of WMS system in stackingandloadingwiththeprinciple of FIFO based on theexpirydate.

• ​Participatingtomonthlyandyearlyinventorycounts.

• ​Takingandimplementingnecessaryprecautions in ordertopreventallkinds of waste in thewarehouseandto minimize the time losses,

• ​Takingnecessaryoccupationalhealthandsafetymeasuresandensuringthattherules on thisissuearefollowed

• ​EnsuringFinishedGoods Warehouse andthesectionsaccepted as itsattachmentsarecleanandtidy

• ​TrackingandreportingKPI’s of operations.

• ​Knowing how toexcludetheblockeditemsfromstockwhilemakingproductiondeterminationsto be enteredintothecomputer

• ​TheLogisticsresponsibleoverseesandsuperviseswarehouseemployeesanddriverstomake sure allitemsareprepared, shipped, andreceived on time whilecomplyingwithcompanypolicy. They act as a liaisonbetweenworkersandmanagementandreport on shippingactivitiesandissues.

Experiences & Qualifications

​​

• ​Bachelor’s Degree on related fields

• ​Team management experience

• ​Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar positions preferred,

• ​Abletowork in shift

• ​Abilitytoworkdetailorientedandorganizedundertighttimelines,

• ​Abilitytoadaptflexibleworkingconditionsandwillingtowork in factoryenvironment,

• ​Being an action-orientedpersonand has a mindsettoturncrisisintoopportunities

• ​Living (orwillingtolive) in Konya

​​

Skills

• ​​Experience in using SAP program

• ​Advanced level MS Office knowledge

• ​Experience on WMS systems.

• ​High communicationskills​

• Excellent in English both written and spoken.
