JOB PURPOSE

The Digital, PR & Influencer JBM will drive a socially-led digital, PR & influencer strategy that delivers brand salience & credibility for the HC total category.
Their key deliverable will be a full funnel of digital campaigns across all forms of digital media (online video, display, programmatic, social media platforms like Meta, Google, Tik Tok, etc) that will make our HC brands talkable.
They will work closely with brand, agency, media & DMC teams to ensure brands deliver a connected and integrated digital strategy that drives brand salience, affinity and growth.
Furthermore, the JBM is responsible for the development & delivery of the digital media & PR strategies. Key KPIS include:
Delivering maximum ROMI on digital media & PR and social channels
Driving breakthrough digital innovation for category and deliver BIC ROI
Ensuring functional digital marketing excellence, managing partnerships.
Collaboration with media agencies and internal stakeholders is critical to managing the media value chain and landing communication plans.
Assisting in overall management of the digital media chain, with strong collaboration with brand teams
Content marketing, influencer marketing coordination leveraging Cleanapedia platform
Direct responsibility for tracking, reporting, optimisiming and managing agencies’ digital outputs.
Direct engagement with digital media owners to scout for new ideas & collaborations on digital media innovation.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Align the digital strategy for Home Care brands, in collaboration with DMC (Digital, Media, Commerce), Media and Data Strategy team.
Align on how and where to invest media related initiatives based on past learnings and in collaboration with DMC and Media.
Be in close contact with global team to align on right “Others Say/Influencer” approach. Building out Homecare’s database for brands.
Lend expertise and drive pr and digital excellence on brand campaigns.
Work with DMC and agency partners on big bet campaigns to drive clarity on execution, progress, and opportunities.
Measure digital & pr performance against goals.
Optimize spend and performance based on insights.
Support DMC test and learn agenda.
Evaluate new digital technologies for adoption where appropriate.
Drive social first agenda in Home Care, and be the custodian of this voice with peers to ensure selected brand plans have that view come through.
Be the data owner for Home Care, cooperating with DMC to protect our data.
Develop the Cleanipedia brand to enhance brand awareness within the digital and social networking space, thereby driving adoption, followers, website traffic and data acquisition.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum:
3+ years’ experience in digital media, marketing or pr.
Strong evidence of all job skills required for the role.
Preferred:
Background with digital marketing (social, influencer) or public relations experience preferred.
