WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Manage day-to-day operations of Visayas and Mindanao depots, ensuring on time delivery of products to customers.
- Drive growth and efficiency improvements by collaborating with our 3PLs, Procurement and Customer Experience team to minimize cost to serve and improve delivery performance.
- Transform the company’s reverse logistics processes to minimize losses from trade returns and delivery refusals.
- Oversee national stock recovery operations and work with BUs to reduce business waste.
- Lead the monthly logistics demand and supply reconciliation (DSR) governance.
Experiences & Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in supply chain and logistics
- Experience in working and managing 3PL performance
- Knowledge in handling databases and basic coding skills is a plus
- Supply chain certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma or any similar certifications would be an advantage
Skills
- Knowledge on SAP Distribution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in excel
- Highly analytical and with attention to detail
- With entrepreneurial mindset
