JOB PURPOSE

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) Social-First Transformation team and help shape the future of how our brands show up across platforms, culture, and partnerships.

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious individual to bring our partnership vision to life across three key areas:

Key Platforms – Help brands unlock the full potential of strategic platforms like TikTok, Meta, Amazon, Google, Pinterest, Spotify, Reddit, and more. You’ll guide teams on the latest tools, creative best practices, and platform-first innovations.

Cultural – Fuel culturally relevant brand partnerships across entertainment, music, sports, and beyond by supporting capability-building, tracking best-in-class collaborations, and turning inspiration into actionable plans.

Capability & Agencies – Optimise how we work by delivering media scorecards, strategic recommendations, and enhancing collaboration with agencies and internal teams.

You’ll play a key role in driving culture-first, breakthrough partnerships across the B&W portfolio of brands including Vaseline, TRESemmé, Ponds, Clear, Sunsilk and Dove Hair.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring our partnership vision to life by building strong relationships with key platforms and helping brand teams unlock creative best practices and platform-first opportunities.
  • Support with capability-building to help brands activate bold, culturally relevant partnerships.
  • Improve how we work by owning media scorecards and optimising ways of working with agencies and internal teams.
  • Spot what’s working – from standout case studies to platform tactics – and share insights that inspire and drive social-first partnerships .
  • Keep tools, trackers, and shared resources sharp, current, and aligned across teams.
  • Translate data into compelling stories and insights through performance scorecards, helping teams make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with media, CMI, and digital teams to deliver joined-up, insight-led recommendations.
  • Create clear, engaging materials and updates to keep senior stakeholders inspired and aligned.

  • You’ve got relevant years of experience in marketing, media, partnerships or agency.
  • You’re genuinely passionate about beauty culture, plugged into platforms, and curious about where the media landscape is heading next.
  • You’re adaptable, always learning, and excited by new tools and tech – whether it’s the latest social feature or what AI can unlock.
  • A strategic mindset and global perspective– connecting local needs with big-picture thinking to drive impact across diverse markets.
  • You bring a proactive mindset and a sharp eye for detail, with the coordination skills to keep complex projects moving smoothly.
  • You’re a clear communicator who loves connecting the dots between teams, partners and ideas.

NOTES

Location

In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London.This site will house some employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars together with colleagues who are currently located in Lever House in Kingston. We are excited to be creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment. The campus is due to be completed in 2026.

Recruitment Fraud

Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money.In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.

How is Unilever tackling this?

Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.

What can I do?

If you become aware of potential recruitment fraud, spot fake Unilever recruitment adverts or fake LinkedIn profiles, report them via Una Live Chat.
