Part of Homecare CSP - Category Strategy & Insights
We co-create & implement omnichannel plans that unlock profitable & sustainable category growth, benefiting shoppers, our customers, Unilever, and the planet. We are Category and Shopper focused experts with deep category knowledge, across all channels. We want to make Unilever Homecare the #1 partner of choice for our customers.
We collaborate closely with our Category Strategy & Planning / Category Management /Shopper Marketing counterparts and Insight partners in the Business Units & countries to deploy cutting-edge Category Growth Management and Shopper Marketing tools and capabilities to better serve our customers & shoppers. We partner functional experts such as Global Customer Collaboration Manger, Marketing, Research and Development, Insights, Technology, Net Revenue Management, and agencies. To achieve this, we are looking for a highly motivated and driven member to join our team.

Responsibilities
Best in class Category Management Tools in Homecare:
• Roll out at scale existing tools in top 30 country category cells
• Identify and pilot next generation tools
• Track impact for all tools and build business case for scaling

Unmissable Point of Sale Material in Homecare:
• Deploy Unmissable Point of Sale programme to ensure ammunition is fit for customers and channels, right first time.

Homecare Customer Collaboration Centre experiential assets:
• Build a menu of unique Homecare customer collaboration experiences to for engaging customers during key strategic sessions such as top to tops and joint business planning.

Build Capability in Homecare:
• Run quarterly Category Growth Management & Shopper Marketing Community of Practice & annual learning weeks
• Manage team budget & annual Advantage Group Customer Survey result debriefing for Homecare.
• Set up/manage Homecare awards to reinforce and build capabilities.

All About You
What you will need to succeed in this role.
• Relevant Experiences: Category Growth Management & Shopper Marketing experience in Country. Prior experience in a Customer Business Development role in country and experience in global or regional roles is a plus. Must have Richmix operational experience
• What Drives you: You are a doer with a can-do spirit. Passionate about collaborating, making things happen, and always keeping end goal in sight. You bring new and disruptive ideas and have a try-and-learn mentality. You don’t sit on “good enough” but set yourself the highest standards, holding yourself and others accountable.
• Key Skills: Innovation mindset; Project Management, Data-Driven Mindset; Customer and Retailer Understanding; Commerce channels execution and digital business models. Commercial Strategy and Business Acumen / Net Revenue Management is a plus.
• Standards of Leadership: Strategic thinking and writing; communication and storytelling; Stakeholder Management; Lateral Influence without Authority; Process Thinking (Discipline); Ability to join the dots and show the big picture.
