JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Store sales targets.

  • store sales orders.

  • Looking at assortment and portfolio to ensure items are listed and active in store.

  • In store execution: placing products on shelf as per planogram.

  • In store audits for execution scores of availabilities and space; cleaning the shelf and products

  • Driving growth in store through sales; execution and improving on shelf availability and share of shelf

  • Responsible for FIFO system being followed in store and ensuring back store items are placed on shelf to drive sales

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Basic product knowledge; sales understanding; merchandising basics

  • Maintaining good relationships with store managers

Experiences & Qualifications

  • FMCG merchandising; Retail business exposure

Skills

  • Fluent English.

  • Good with maths and numbers

  • Tech savy.

  • Good communication skills both written and spoken
