Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

1. Growth Strategy & Business Operations

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies that drive growth and profitability in Modern Trade.
  • Performance Management: Define KPIs, targets, and incentive schemes to align with business goals. Lead weekly and monthly governance meetings with Modern Trade leadership.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying execution pain points and implementing scalable solutions. Represent Modern Trade in technology and process governance forums.
  • Agency & Tools Management: Oversee partner agencies, execution tools, reports, and digitization processes to ensure service levels and KPIs are met.

2. Assortment, Space & Campaigns Lead

  • Assortment
    • COTC Distribution Tracking (Co-Collaboration with OTD Group on vetting)
    • NPI Pipeline End To End (Vetting, Tracking of placement, Updating and integration to systems)
    • Partners with channels on distribution, merchandising, and planogram
  • Space
    • End to End Cabinet Management for Modern Trade (CAPEX, Deployment and Pull out Tracking, WoW with Charging, Hit Net Cab FY Target)
    • Owns cab deployment strategy for regular and seasonal executions
  • Campaigns
    • Leads end-to-end execution of seasonal campaigns (e.g., 100 Days of Summer, Snowcap, D-day, etc.)
    • Partners with OTD and trade teams for campaign planning and rollout
    • Ensures perfect execution through alignment with sales and agency teams
    • Uses data insights to optimize campaign performance and ROMI

Qualifications

  • Early-career experience in modern trade, customer management, and/or field operations
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage
  • Leadership experience
  • Background in Marketing or Field Sales is a bonus
