Job Purpose:
Cabinets (Freezers) are the life blood of Ice Cream Operations.
With a drive for aggressive store expansion in the next few years, the role is critical to ensure that processes and business models are codified and executed on the ground.
Responsibilities:
1. Cabinet planning & operations
- Forecasting & allocations of cabinets to 27 depots nationwide in the Philippines.
- Ensuring delivery and pullout of cabinets are in line with the service level agreements
2. Profitability & Procurement
- Monitoring of underperforming and non-performing cabinets via store throughput
- Identifying the correct number of cabinets needed to meet both the expansion targets and ensuring there are enough buffer inventories per depot
- Procurement of assets from suppliers and ensuring timely arrival in depots
- Identifying the right cabinet to purchase to meet the demand of market and customers
3. Business models and Projects
- Exploring capability of distributors to handle and manage warehouse operations and transportation of assets.
- Projects and Programs: Power BI Dashboard: CAPA – Cabinet Availability, Productivity and Activity Dashboard Monthly visibility on National Service Level Agreement for Cabinets Cabinet Productivity Monitoring Ordering of Cabinets
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering/Management Engineering, Management Information Systems or any related course
- Experience in dashboard development and forecasting
- Experience in PowerBI measures, dataflows and visualizations and with strong MS Excel skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in dashboard development tools (e.g., Power BI) and data visualization concepts.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Amenable to work in Manggahan, Pasig
