Main Purpose of the Job:
As a Group Customer Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving growth for a group of Modern Trade (MT) Customers.

  • Sustain a healthy relationship with our Customer Teams
  • Drive Operational Efficiencies through perfect servicing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan & Execute total Category Strategies that are in line with the Business growth ambition
  • Build capabilities and train the Key Account Managers.


Main Accountabilities:

  • Accountable to deliver Business Targets for Sales Growth, Profitability & Business Competitiveness. 
  • Land Business Unit Plans in handled retailers to ensure strong translation of national market strategic plans.
  • Manage the relationship with Key Customers customers for strategy execution
  • Drive Omni Perfect Store and Category Captaincy across multi-channels

Qualifications:

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Customer Development/Sales and Key Account Management preferably handling key customer accounts within the consumer goods industry.
  • Has valid driver's license and willing to do heavy field work within Greater Manila Area and nearby provinces.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, customer management and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly data driven - must have proficient MS Excel capabilities.
  • Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset.
  • Must be action and detail-oriented.
