Job Purpose:
- Ice Cream Digital Commerce (ICDC) is the digital commerce arm of Unilever Ice Cream and is a first mover for ice cream deliveries on-demand. To meet our digital commerce ambitions, the Key Account Executive plays a pivotal role in accelerating online ice cream sales across relevant channels.
- You will create growth action plans to unlock new revenue streams, develop omnichannel capabilities of retailers and partners, and drive the digital commerce agenda within the internal teams and across the broader Customer Development (CD) team of Selecta.
- You will be responsible for data collection of total online sales performance, analysis, and data storytelling to external and internal business reviews.
- You will deliver on perfect store online, brilliant execution of demand generating campaigns, and other operational concerns.
- You will be external facing, partnering directly with online marketplace aggregators and ecommerce retailers to help deliver joint business plans and cement Selecta as industry leaders for digital commerce.
- Internally, you will work cross functionally with our global teams, shopper and channel marketing and other CD teams to evangelize Ice Cream Digital Commerce and develop capabilities in quick commerce, B2B, and other relevant platforms and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas:
Business Development and Account Management
- Create and execute high impact joint business plans with key customer partners.
- Unlock revenue streams by acquiring new partners and expanding store network.
- Bring shopper and channel marketing ideas to life through brilliant campaign executions.
- Ensure quality availability and healthy conversion funnel metrics through perfect store online.
- Data collection, analysis, and storytelling through business reviews with customer teams.
- Drive strategic partnerships with regular cadence meetings and manage digital commerce agreements.
- Cross-functional collaboration with global ICDC team and other internal stakeholders.
- Directly reporting to the ICDC Philippines Lead.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in digital commerce/Ecommerce in a marketing or sales capacity
- Familiar with best practices and has working knowledge of key online platform/ media KPIs and associated analytics.
- Has background/exposure in digital commerce and/or performance marketing.
- FMCG exposure is a plus.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Highly operational with high attention to details.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
