Process Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

• Operations Management: Bridge between the CD & Supply chain partners by helping facilitate servicing governance and hyperpeak calls and addressing issues raised by CD team & conversely by supply chain team.
• Create proactive action points & launch projects to ensure continuous improvement on operations.
• Red Book Management: Identify key processes from stakeholders that need to be reviewed and updated for signoff to the leadership team.
• Land the audits and controls test for all the controls operators.
• Manpower Management: Lead governance of third-party administrative aides.
• Ensure correct headcount are deployed and track budgets utilization with the agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering or any relevant field
• Preferably with experience in the FMCG industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• With strong attention to detail regarding documentation
• With leadership, management, and analytical skills
• Must be dynamic, agile, and has passion for excellence
