We are looking to hire a resource for our Digital team based in Mumbai.

Role Profile

On media planning & deployment, several capabilities are being developed/need to be developed across the spectrum. These span planning (objective, brand life stage, vehicles, consumer effectiveness), guided data sets (acquire, embed, enhance), and automation (dynamic deployment at scale).

The person will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance in developing future-fit capabilities that will help drive brand growth.

The person would be part of the digital & media team, reporting to DMC lead of the ice cream business.

We are looking for a dynamic digital media planner to develop and implement digital media campaigns. The role will closely liaise with the marketing team, media agency and the digital marketing agencies for driving the digital agenda for the organization. The person should have a good knowledge of digital media marketing, and various technology stacks and should be able to use the latest technology to make media plans more effective and efficient. You should also be able to monitor trends in the Digital media landscape and identify new opportunities for improving the digital planning process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AdTech & MarTech and must be good at deploying these at scale.

Key Skills & Requirement –

  • 4-6 years of experience in managing Digital media planning and strategy
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing agenda for big digital first brands or big FMCG businesses
  • The candidate may come from an agency with experience in handling the business of an advertiser/group of advertisers.
  • Experience in managing agency relationships with digital marketing agencies
  • Working closely with influencer marketing at scale for delivering higher effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Adept in understanding and working on all Digital planning platforms (DV 360, Google ad words, Meta Business Manager, etc)
  • Should have an understanding of Programmatic advertising, martech stacks, and data providers.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
